Swiss Cones, the new Cone-Rolling technology
We, GVF Machines AG, are a Swiss Company in the manufacturing industry. Our primary focus is on developing innovative machines that automate the production process of various products. Our flagship product, the Pre-Roll Cone, is a revolutionary, pre-fabricated cone shape specifically designed to meet the needs of premium smoking products. In addition to the product itself, we have also developed a state-of-the-art machine for manufacturing the Pre-Roll Cone. We launch this project under the brand "Swiss Cones".
Cone Machine
History
The Company founder brings a decade of experience in inventing and producing manufacturing equipment that lessens production time. After entering the cannabis industry with CBD, they found that the standard pre-rolled joints were still being produced by hand rolling which is laborious, slow and expensive.
This legacy system has long been transformed in the tobacco industry and the founders recognized a need to update the manufacturing processes in the high growth cannabis sector.
Factory
We have our own CNC-Machine Park

We work exclusively with Siemens control systems.
Machinery
The machine park consists of 14 different models: CNC-Machines, gear cutting machines, and fully automatic saws. With wich we can produce all the necessary parts for our project ourselves.
